All refund evaluations are executed based on the rules described herein. By using this Service, you signify that you have read and agreed to this policy and our Terms of Service.

2. Situations Eligible for Refund ✅

You may apply for a refund if you encounter the following:

• Duplicate Payment: Technical failure resulting in multiple charges for the same order.
• Renewal Error: Within 7 calendar days of an automatic subscription renewal, provided that no generation credits have been used during this period.
• Delivery Failure: Credits fail to arrive after successful payment, and technical support cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
• Unauthorized Transaction: Clear evidence of fraudulent charges (documentation required).

3. Situations Not Eligible for Refund ❌

The following situations typically do not qualify for a refund:

• Subjective Dissatisfaction: Dissatisfaction based solely on artistic style, aesthetic preference, or subjective quality of AI-generated content (since AI models are probabilistic and output depends on prompts).
• Used Credits: One-time credit packages where generation has already occurred.
• Change of Mind: Requesting a refund after downloading or exporting generated works because you "no longer need" the service.
• Violation: Accounts suspended or terminated for violating the Fair Use Guidelines.
• Gifted Credits: Trial credits, gift codes, or credits from promotional activities.

4. Application Process

To speed up processing, please follow these steps:

1. Visit the Refund Application page.
2. Provide your Order Number and Registered Email.
3. Clearly state the reason for the refund and upload necessary screenshot evidence.

We will complete our internal review within 5-7 business days of receiving your application and provide feedback on the results.

5. Fund Processing

Once approved, refunds are sent back to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal, Credit Card).

• Processing Time: FireRed Image Edit issues the refund command immediately upon approval.
• Arrival Time: The actual arrival time depends on your bank or payment institution, usually taking 3-15 business days.
